MAINTENANCE REQUEST: KEEPING YOUR HOME IN TIP TOP SHAPE

When you submit a Maintenance Request in the tenant portal you will receive an email notification as soon as we update your request with next steps.  We do our best to respond to requests on the same day that it is submitted.  If it is submitted after hours or on the weekend we will get to it first thing when our office is next open.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

 After-Hours EMERGENCY

If this is an after hours maintenance emergency please call (858) 410-0018 extension 2.  Please limit emergency maintenance calls to an issue such as fire, broken gas lines, gas leaks, broken water lines, flooding and no heat.  As a rule of thumb call the emergency maintenance line for any issues that if not repaired promptly, could cause:

  • Injury

  • Threaten health

  • Cause serious property damage.

Always dial 911 first for a life threatening emergency.

TROUBLE SHOOTING COMMON ISSUES

▢ BACKED UP PLUMBING:   If your kitchen,  bathroom sink or garbage disposal is backed up please stop using it and put in a maintenance request.

▢ LEAKING PLUMBING:  If your kitchen or bathroom sink or a toilet has a leak please shut of the water by closing the shut off valve. put in a maintenance request

▢  POWER OUTAGE: If your power is out: first check your breaker panel which should be located in your closet. Before contacting our service coordinator, check with SDGE at 1-800-411-7343 to see if there are scheduled or reported outages in your area. If there are no scheduled or reported outages, put in a request on the tenant portal.
